Our company is located in the hills to the south of Reggio Amilia, close to National Road 63 which leads to the sea at Carrara across the Cerreto pass.
The proprietors own 27,000 square metres of land, part of it occupied by their home with large garden (about 3,000 metres) and the rest for the company premises to be built in 2003, bureaucracy permitting, to meet the growing need for space for the warehouses (our company produces not to order but for stock), for production, for the material testing and inspection laboratories and for the administrative and sales offices serving customers in Italy and farther afield (Europe, Asia, Africa, Americas and Oceania).
The future premises, already equipped with a large employees' car-park, yards and roads for internal access, goods handling and couriers (3,500 m2), have automatic gates with closed-circuit TV cameras and video-recorders (4: A/B/C/D):

    • A, 4 metres: for the proprietors' home
    • B, 8 metres: for customers visiting our offices
    • C, 8 metres: exit for couriers
    • D, 12 metres: entrance for couriers and other authorised commercial vehicles.

Compliance with the above rules on internal traffic is very important because complying in full with these requirements will prevent injury and damage caused by the transit of vehicles.
The new premises will be built on land assigned for this purpose by the Reggio Emilia Town Plan: it will occupy an area of 7,500 square metres, not including the zones allocated for gardens and parking. We have also assigned an additional area of 7,000 square metres for future expansion.
The company also has two artesian wells, one 175 metres deep for agricultural irrigation and one 80 metres deep for industrial use, equipped with three-phase submersible pumps, the first of 20 HP and the second of 5 HP.
A high-voltage electricity line at 15,000 volts also runs along the northern border of the land, so that unlimited power supplies will be available at relatively low installation costs (substation).
If all the above goes through successfully, we will be able to significantly increase our workforce, in order to guarantee a better technical assistance service and better product quality.
We count a great deal on the collaboration of all those who come into working contact with your company, and hope that everything proceeds smoothly.
